What you will enjoy doing*

• You will participate in customer contract reviews to understand revenue recognition impact
• Take responsibility of the Unsatisfied Performance Obligation (UPO) Disclosure process for Linde Gas US Business Segment
• Build and maintain a revenue accounting document repository
• You will prepare, maintain, and own all deferred revenue and customer prepayment amortization schedules and related accounting memos supporting deferred revenue positions in alignment with Corporate Accounting
• Additionally, you will interpret internal or external accounting issues and recommends best practices
• Apply in-depth accounting knowledge to solve moderate problems and interprets internal/ external accounting issues and recommends best practices
• Take responsibility for the Sales Tax Certificate review and maintenance process for Linde Inc. billing
• Own and manage JD Edwards sales order errors and corrections, among other sales accounting activities

What makes you great

• You hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Bring over 5 years of experience in revenue, corporate, or public accounting
• Are a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, or actively pursuing certification
• Possess working knowledge of ASC 606 and revenue recognition principles
• You solve complex accounting issues independently and efficiently
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills paired with excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Additionally you will learn new processes and concepts quickly to support evolving business needs
• Apply accounting principles to manage revenue and corporate accounting tasks
• Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Thrive in a team that values diversity and inclusion, bringing your unique perspective to foster respect, integrity, and belonging
