The Nevada Automotive Test Center (NATC) is seeking a professional and customer-focused Part-Time Office Assistant to join our team in Silver Springs, Nevada. In this role, you will support a dynamic team of engineers dedicated to designing, developing, manufacturing, and testing innovative automotive and mobility solutions. As the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and employees, you will play a key role in maintaining a positive and professional workplace environment.

Position Summary:
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for guests, vendors, job applicants, employees, and incoming telephone inquiries. In this role, the Receptionist is responsible for providing accurate information and exceptional customer service in a professional, courteous, and welcoming manner, both in person and over the phone.
As the face of the organization, the Receptionist plays a vital role in creating a positive first impression and maintaining a professional atmosphere within the company?s lobby and reception areas. The successful candidate must demonstrate professionalism, exceptional customer service, and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate, build rapport, and maintain positive working relationships with employees, customers, vendors, and guests at all organizational levels. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential to effectively prioritize responsibilities and support daily business operations.
This position also provides administrative and office support to various departments, assisting with daily operations, special projects, and other duties as needed.
