After the company implemented the policy of minimum billable utilization, the company culture became toxic. Everyone began fiercely guarding their billable territory, and the consulting team was reluctant to support sales efforts. This created a vicious cycle where cooperation dwindled. Apart from a few larger government accounts (we're aware of how government projects sometimes misuse taxpayer funds, as seen with the ArriveCan app), there weren't many successful or sustainable projects. As a result, sales dropped in Q1 2004. company started impose wrongful PIP to kickout employees without severance pay
