Overview
We are seeking an energetic and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our organization’s technological innovation and strategic direction. As a key member of the senior leadership team, the CTO will drive the development, implementation, and management of cutting-edge technology solutions that align with our business goals. Duties

• Develop and execute comprehensive technology strategies that support business growth, innovation, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of IT infrastructure including WANs (Wide Area Networks), cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure), and distributed systems to ensure high availability and performance.
• Lead enterprise software development initiatives utilizing frameworks such as React, Angular, Node.js, .NET, Java, PHP, Python, C#, SQL, Oracle, MongoDB, and Microsoft SQL Server to deliver scalable applications.
• Manage cybersecurity protocols in accordance with NIST standards, ISO regulations, PCI compliance requirements, FISMA guidelines, and FISMA standards to safeguard data assets.
• Implement robust disaster recovery plans and business continuity strategies to minimize downtime during unforeseen events.
• Drive innovation through AI applications like natural language processing and machine learning to enhance product offerings and operational insights.
• Lead cross-functional teams in adopting Agile methodologies for project management while fostering a culture of DevOps practices for continuous integration and deployment.
• Establish IT governance frameworks aligned with industry best practices such as ITIL to ensure effective risk management and compliance across all technology functions.
• Manage budgets effectively for IT projects while negotiating vendor contracts for cloud services (AWS, Azure), hardware (firewalls), software licenses (Microsoft Office), and other technology resources.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning initiatives that leverage emerging technologies like cloud development platforms (Azure DevOps), APIs integration, ERP systems, and business intelligence tools for data-driven decision-making.

Experience

• Proven experience in senior IT management or CTO roles within fast-paced organizations with a focus on software development, system design, and enterprise architecture.
• Extensive knowledge of computer networking including WANs, LANs (Local Area Networks), firewalls, VPNs (Virtual Private Networks), and network security best practices.
• Demonstrated expertise in cloud computing platforms such as AWS and Azure along with cloud infrastructure management.
• Strong background in cybersecurity frameworks including risk management strategies aligned with NIST standards and ISO guidelines.
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies like natural language processing and machine learning models for real-world applications.
• Proficiency in programming languages including JavaScript (ReactJS/Angular), Python, Java, C#, PHP; database management using SQL Server, Oracle Database Management System (DBMS), MongoDB; application development using SDLC methodologies within Agile environments.
• Skilled in project management tools and techniques for leading large-scale initiatives involving distributed systems or ERP integrations while adhering to ITIL standards.
• Exceptional analysis skills combined with strategic planning capabilities to align technological advancements with organizational objectives.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing diverse teams across IT infrastructure development, application engineering, cybersecurity initiatives, and product management functions. Pay: $53,578.82 - $64,525.02 per year
