Job Overview
We're a fast-growing AI startup based in Austin, Texas, dedicated to building tools that give companies real visibility into whether their AI agents are actually working.
Our platform provides operational health monitoring and quality evaluation for AI agents — giving founders and teams real-time insight into every run, every trace, and every output. We're building for both technical teams and non-technical founders who need clear, actionable signals without the engineering overhead.
Our stack includes Python microservices, real-time trace ingestion via OpenTelemetry, LLM orchestration across multiple providers, a credit-based evaluation engine, and integrations across the AI ecosystem — LangChain, AWS Bedrock, and custom-built agents.
We are seeking a passionate and resourceful Data Scientist with a "hacker" mindset to join our team and contribute to the development and deployment of cutting-edge, AI-powered decision support systems. In this dynamic role, you'll be involved in everything from data harvesting and schema design to building machine learning products and decision support tools.
You are determined to overcome technical challenges, and are excited to work in a constantly evolving technological landscape. You'll play a key role in analyzing large datasets, identifying patterns, and devising solutions that enhance our clients' capabilities. You'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to tackle complex, large-scale problems and help achieve shared goals.
