Cryobank America is a leading sperm bank dedicated to helping individuals and couples build their families through donor sperm and fertility services. We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of digital marketing while contributing to a growing healthcare organization.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career marketing professional looking to expand their portfolio, develop valuable industry skills, and work directly alongside an experienced Marketing Director.
Position Overview
The Marketing Intern will work closely with our remote Marketing Director to support a variety of marketing initiatives across multiple digital channels. This position offers exposure to SEO, paid advertising, social media marketing, content creation, reporting, website management, and CRM systems.
A significant portion of our clientele consists of LGBTQ+ individuals and couples pursuing family-building options. Candidates should be comfortable creating inclusive marketing content and demonstrate an understanding of, or genuine interest in learning about, the LGBTQ+ community.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and excited to build real-world marketing experience in a flexible remote environment.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Social media management and content scheduling
· Content creation for social media, blogs, and website pages
· Search engine optimization (SEO) content development
· Google Ads campaign support and optimization
· Google Business Profile (GMB) management
· Website content updates and optimization through WordPress
· Competitor and market research
· Email marketing support
· Performance tracking and analytics reporting
· Assisting with quarterly marketing reports and strategic initiatives
· Supporting additional marketing projects as assigned
Work Environment & Expectations
This position is fully remote with a flexible work schedule. We prioritize communication, accountability, and results rather than traditional office hours.
The selected candidate will be expected to:
· Meet weekly deliverables and project deadlines
· Communicate regularly with the Marketing Director
· Submit monthly progress updates
· Assist with quarterly in-depth marketing reports and performance analysis
· Manage projects independently while maintaining high-quality work
Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (completed, in progress, or recently completed), or at least 1 year of marketing experience, internship experience, freelance work, or relevant coursework
· Strong written communication and content creation skills
· Basic understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and digital advertising
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
· Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
· Recent graduates and candidates looking to break into the marketing industry are encouraged to apply
Preferred Skills & Technical Qualifications
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
· Familiarity with WordPress and basic website content management
· Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms
· Basic understanding of Google Analytics and Google Ads
· Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other content creation tools is a plus
· Ability to organize and analyze marketing data using spreadsheets and reporting tools
· Strong organizational and time-management skills
· Comfortable working in a remote environment with minimal supervision
