Integrated Security Solutions, Inc is seeking a skilled Cyber Security Specialist to join our team of professionals at Ft McCoy.
GENERAL SUMMARY
Install, program, maintain and repair servers, switches, virtual machines, and software. Provide monitoring, tracking, assessment, and reporting on security controls, and implementing corrections or mitigations as required to acquire, support, or maintain an Authority to Operate (ATO) for customer site. Participation in conferences with customer to discuss status of systems monitored and participation in collaborative exercises with customer.
DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS
Ability to adapt to assess new technologies for implementation. Installation of Network infrastructure including fiber optic, cat6 cable, layer 2, layer 3 devices, and advanced Cisco configurations. In depth knowledge of Windows servers in an enterprise configuration (new install and upgrades), network security, virtualization, server hardware, NAS, SAN and RAID knowledge preferable. Provide technical guidance and assistance with providing technical artifacts to customer. Provide monthly analysis on end-point security and vulnerability reports and recommend solutions and countermeasures. Experience using Group Policy and the Windows Registry to manage/troubleshoot computers. Experience using Powershell. Functional knowledge of Linux command line operating systems. Perform monthly cybersecurity scans and remediations on electronic security systems. Keep informed of new products and developments. Request orders for replacement parts. Performs a variety of marginal duties not listed, to be determined and assigned as needed. Assist customer in artifact submission to enterprise mission assurance systems. Perform, or ensure performance of, viable backups of each system according to customer defined schedule or industry standards.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Individual must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. This position requires periodic drug testing, a valid driver’s license, Background Check, and ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance.
The following are highly encouraged: Access Control Systems, CCTV, Low Voltage devices. Computer Systems: Windows Desktop, Windows Server, SQL. Basic Knowledge of: Office Suite 365, Adobe Acrobat, etc.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
BS or AS degree in Computer Science with 4-6 years’ experience in systems administration. or 5-7 years systems administration experience. CompTIA Sec+ or other DoD IAT II certification is required SUPERVISION Position reports directly to the Project Manager and Site Supervisor.

Communicates effectively in both oral and written communications. Communicates with supervisor, peers, subordinates, and other Company staff, working as part of a team contributing to Company goals.
REASONING ABILITY
Job requires being careful about detail and thoroughness in completing work tasks. Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts and draw conclusions drawing upon experience, research and input from peers. This position performs multiple job tasks on a daily basis. Discuss unusual or complex problems encountered to the Project Superintendent for input and/or direction. This job often requires individuals to work in an environment with restricted external access, and the applicant must be able to troubleshoot problems and resolve them with minimal to no external assistance.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The position requires lifting up to 50 pounds and frequent prolonged periods of standing, bending, pulling, twisting, reaching, climbing, and standing.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
While performing the duties of this position; the employee may be exposed to weather conditions from 100 degrees to below 0 degrees and exposed to various climates and conditions. Wearing of safety clothing and equipment may at times be required. Must be willing to relocate to Monroe County Wisconsin prior to commencement of employment.
