Pros

Target is a very pro AP/LP place, they do not hesitate to give their AP teams the best equipment and training. Target University, where all Executive spend one month learning the overall business and after graduating they each go to an individual training with subject matter experts for one on one training.

Cons

Downsizing of the number of AP teams in stores

Pros

The location I worked for had a great group of people... *Their RF system pretty much does all the guess work for you *Fulfillment, drive-up, and ship positions are fun to work

Cons

The amount of experience I have in fulfillment order processing exceeds the starting pay scale... *Everywhere is short-staffed *Their call-in policy is to call the store; you can't really get a hold of anyone, and there is an option for call-in on the app, but it is considered a no-call no-show if you don't call the store. You should be able to call in on the app, and that should be enough. It's double the work.
