Pros
Target's committment to the community. Not only do they committ alot of money each year but they committ volunteer hours. It is amazing how many team members love to give of their free time - to volunteer activities. I also believe it is contagious - as you cant help but want to participate - when you see the joy and enthusiasm surrounding all the various activities. Along with this - is their commitment to the Target House. Seeing and hearing the personal experiences from families who have used the facility - brings tears to my eyes each time. That is when you know what you are a part of - is making a true difference.
Cons
It use to be - that age didnt matter. As Target has grown - it has become apparent that it does matter and that experience no longer is valued.
