Pros

Good in the beginning, work from home,SOME good leads/management, benefits

Cons

Assigns random additional job requirements whether you like it or not even if that was your very reason for switching departments & does not compensate you at all for taking on these additional skills. Offers minimal training on additional skills. Replace great leads/managers w/people who know absolutely nothing about your job & will ask you how to do it! Metric system very poor & unfair when u r given unsatisfactory ratings for things beyond your control. They want us to coddle thieves & continue to give them free items even when we see that they are thieves!Does not take employee concerns seriously will lie & say they will fix issues .months later things haven't changed. No time off if you are in smaller OU. Poor employee moral. Treat employees like robots & expect you to have no life outside of amazon & if you do they won't care & will find a reason to fire you! They also don't promote more than 1 level from within.

Pros

Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

Cons

You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
